Workshops

The Meridianum Ensemble loves interacting with the public, and workshops can enrich the experience of audiences. Between them, members of the band have years of teaching experience and can offer workshops ranging from instrument demonstrations to a more hands-on approach, leading groups of percussion, strings or wind. Topics covered range from Mediaeval, Scandinavian or Breton music, an introduction to percussion and santur from the Middle East or the Arabic scales and rhythms of Morocco.
